RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

GEL BLASTERS WARRANTY

 

All blasters purchased through SAFARIZOOMER TACTICAL will include a 30 days warranty to cover manufacturing faults. All blasters are tested pre-purchase by the manufacturer. Faulty products must be sent back with receipt or proof of purchase and a written description of the fault. Any blaster found to be physically damaged by user neglect, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use included, but not limited to, the use of BB’s, metal or plastic or otherwise will void warranty.

 

Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in fully functional working order will incur a fee to cover return postage. Items found to be faulty under the warranty will be repaired at no extra cost.

 

Please be advised that due to the nature of the product, regular and extended use of a gel blaster will cause wear on internal components and will require maintenance. If your blaster is not covered under the warranty but you would like a repair or service, please contact us by Email.

 

RETURNS and RERUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

You must:

  • You have to return the product within 30 days of the date you received it.
  • You must have the receipt to proof of purchase.
  • If need to post back to the store, shipping cost is responsible for purchasers.

No warranty for any blaster found to be physically damaged by user neglect, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use including the use of BB’s, metal or plastic or otherwise will void the item’s eligibility for warranty.

 

 

RETURNS and REFUND (excluding Gel BLASTERs & RECEIVERS)

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your item must be bringing back within 14 days.

Items returned due to a manufacturing fault will be either repaired, replaced or refunded at no extra cost at the discretion of the retailer.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in fully functional working order will incur a fee to cover return postage.

 

REFUNDS (WHEN APPLICABLE) (excluding Gel BLASTERs & RECEIVERS)

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We do however reserve the right to repair the item instead of refund if the item is in condition to be repaired.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Change of mind refunds are not accepted.
